The tryptic peptide peptide fragment TIG2 of succinylated trich Vector was chemically degraded by tryptophan peptide bonds using BNPS-Skatole reagent. The peptide fragment generated by the degradation reaction was isolated and purified, and the amino acid sequence of the newly produced N-terminal peptide fragment was determined.
