In the process of wire cutting machine, it is inevitable that some of the components of the machine error caused by miscalculation, out of the wrong curve, or due to occasional negligence in the operation (especially the hand to give instructions), will lead to the workpiece scrapped. In order to solve this problem, we have attached a “Track Optical Monitor” device to the machine, and after several months of using it, we got good results.
