采用双辊铸轧工艺制备出厚度为2 mm的纯铝和奥氏体钢复合带材。采用电子探针对制备带材结合层进行测量,得到其结合层厚度为2μm。为了验证采用双辊铸造技术制备层压复合板的成形性,对制备得到的样件进行了压下量为66%的冷轧。同时,在300℃下进行了不同压下量热轧实验,并对轧制后的材料力学性能、微观结构和表面质量进行分析。结果表明,采用双辊铸轧工艺及相应的后处理可以制备得到力学性能和成形性能令人满意的双金属复合带材。
A pure aluminum and austenitic steel strip with a thickness of 2 mm was prepared by twin roll casting. Electron probe was used to measure the bonding strength of the tape. The thickness of the bonding layer was 2μm. In order to verify the formability of the laminated composite board by twin roll casting technology, the prepared samples were cold rolled with a reduction of 66%. At the same time, hot rolling experiments were carried out at 300 ℃ under different reduction rates. The mechanical properties, microstructure and surface quality of the rolled materials were analyzed. The results show that the bimetallic composite strip with satisfactory mechanical properties and formability can be prepared by twin roll casting process and corresponding post-treatment.
