目的分析实验室PCR检测结果对埃博拉病毒病患者诊疗的临床意义。方法在2014年11月14日至2015年3月14日期间,利比里亚中国埃博拉治疗中心(Ebola Treatment Unit,ETU)共收治住院患者101例,送检172份标本,通过实验室实时荧光PCR检测病毒核酸及CT值,分析实验室检测结果与病情变化及预后的关系。结果共有10例埃博拉病毒核酸阳性患者,死亡4例,治愈6例。4例死亡病例中,病毒核酸PCR CT值均较低,表明其体内病毒载量较高;在6例治愈病例中,随着病情的好转,病毒核酸PCR CT值逐渐升高,表明病毒载量逐渐降低。结论实验室实时荧光PCR检测病毒核酸及其CT值可为临床诊断、治疗提供指导。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of laboratory PCR in the diagnosis and treatment of Ebola virus disease. Methods From November 14, 2014 to March 14, 2015, 101 Ebola Treatment Unit (ETU) patients were admitted to Liberia, and 172 samples were sent for laboratory examination by real-time fluorescence PCR Detection of viral nucleic acid and CT values, analysis of laboratory test results and the relationship between disease progression and prognosis. Results A total of 10 cases of Ebola virus nucleic acid positive patients, 4 died, 6 cases were cured. Among the 4 deaths, the PCR products of virus nucleic acid were lower, indicating a higher viral load. In 6 cured cases, the viral CT PCR value gradually increased with the improvement of the disease, indicating that the viral load Gradually decreases. Conclusion Laboratory real-time fluorescence PCR detection of viral nucleic acid and its CT value for clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance.
