随着农村经济的发展、医疗卫生条件的改善和生活水平的提高,人口老龄化进程不断加快。目前,我国农村老年人慢性病和退行性病等非传染性疾病正成为危害老年人健康和生活质量的重要因素。新型农村合作医疗(新农合)的普及使农民自我保健意识不断增强。为掌握豫西农村老年居民健康状况及危险因素,我院于2008年7～9月对洛宁回族镇60岁以上老年人健康状况进行了问卷调查和健康体检,总结如下,并结合文献简要讨论。
With the development of rural economy, the improvement of medical conditions and the improvement of living standards, the process of population aging has been accelerating. At present, the non-communicable diseases such as chronic diseases and degenerative diseases in the elderly in our country are becoming important factors that endanger the health and quality of life of the elderly. The popularization of new rural cooperative medical care (NRCMS) has enabled farmers to continuously raise their awareness of self-care. To understand the health status and risk factors of elderly residents in the rural areas of western Henan, our hospital conducted a questionnaire survey and health examination on the health status of the elderly over the age of 60 in the town of Luoning in July-September 2008, and summarized as follows .
