在北京对外经济贸易大学,活跃着一支朝气蓬勃的武术队伍。每天早晨,近百名大学生沐浴着朝阳,伴随着悠扬的乐曲,在操场上舞动如行云流水般的太极拳和九式太极操;傍晚,武术队的同学们在老师和教练的辅导下,或静如山岳练习三体式桩功,或动如怒涛练习形意拳。在这些参加武术锻炼的同学中,不仅有中国学生,还有许多外国留学生。中国传统武术文化,深深地吸引着这些意气风发的中外学子,使他们在繁忙的学习之余,朝夕苦练中国武术,既锻炼自己的筋骨,又磨练自己的意志。对外经济贸易大学武术协会创始人张旭光老师说:“大学生练习武术,是用武术塑造自己的完美人格。”领导这支武术队伍的社团组织,就是对外经济贸易大学武术协会。
