为了推动社区康复工作的健康发展,我们于1987年4月11日至1987年4月23日,对全国社区康复试点省之一——山东省的社区康复工作进行了调查。山东省卫生厅对康复试点工作抓的很紧,确定了历城、长清、掖县、招远、荣成五个县为试点县,并于1987年2月下达了关于“社区康复试点县工作意见的通知”。目前5个试点县与所属的试点乡(镇),均成立了三级康复领导组织,以及利用三级卫生网发展、健全而成的三级社区康复医疗网。迄今为止,已建立康复中心或社区康复试点乡(镇)
