本文通过对L形波导本征值问题的有限元分析,并结合耦合波理论,具体说明了L形波导H_(10)—H_(20)波型变换器的计算机分析方法。文献[1]所提供的实验数据证实了其计算结果的可靠性。

In this paper, the finite element analysis of the L-shaped waveguides eigenvalue problem and the coupled wave theory are used to illustrate the computer analysis of L-shaped waveguides H_ (10) -H_ (20). The experimental data provided in [1] confirm the reliability of the calculation results.
