目前连续退火炉基本采用脉冲燃烧控制技术。燃气压力稳定是脉冲燃烧控制高效燃烧、节能降耗的保证。本文提出了一种当退火炉燃烧负荷在较宽范围内变化时稳定脉冲燃烧燃气总管压力的控制方法。该方法优化了脉冲燃烧算法,使燃烧周期在负荷过大和过小时能自动调整,并采用1台单座调节阀与1台自力式调节阀分程控制燃气总管压力。实际应用证明,该方法能够在退火炉负荷变化较宽范围内稳定燃气总管压力。
The current continuous annealing furnace using pulse combustion control technology. Gas pressure stability is pulse combustion control and efficient combustion, energy saving guarantee. This paper presents a method of controlling the pressure of the gas manifold for stable pulse combustion when the combustion load of the annealing furnace changes within a wide range. The method optimizes the pulse combustion algorithm, so that the combustion cycle can be automatically adjusted when the load is too large and too small, and the gas manifold pressure is controlled by a single-seat regulating valve and a self-regulating valve. The practical application proves that this method can stabilize the gas manifold pressure in a wide range of annealing furnace load changes.
