目的识别某刹车片生产厂建设项目工作场所产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度以及对劳动者健康的影响,评价其职业病危害防护措施及运行效果,提出职业病危害的关键点控制和防护措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、现场检测与实验室分析、职业健康检查等方法收集资料,结合职业病防护设施和个人使用的职业病防护用品进行定性定量分析与评价。结果该项目存在的空气毒物、噪声、粉尘的检测合格率分别为:100.0%、85.7%、100.0%。根据对本项目职业病危害因素检测、防护设施检测结果可知各岗位接触职业病危害因素浓(强)度均能符合职业卫生标准,职业病防护措施正常运转,隔声、通风、除尘设计效果良好。结论本项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,项目采取的职业病危害防护措施和管理措施可行且有效。
Objective To identify the hazards of occupational diseases in the workplace of a brake pad manufacturing plant, analyze its harm degree and its impact on labors’ health, evaluate the protective measures and operational effects of occupational hazards and put forward the key points control and protective measures of occupational hazards. Methods Occupational health field survey, on-site and laboratory analysis, occupational health examination and other methods were used to collect data, combined with occupational disease prevention facilities and personal use of occupational disease protection products qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results The passing rates of air poison, noise and dust in the project were 100.0%, 85.7% and 100.0% respectively. According to the test results of occupational hazards and protective facilities in this project, it can be seen that all the occupational hazards possessed by the posts are strong (strong) and meet the occupational health standards. Occupational disease protection measures are in normal operation and sound insulation, ventilation and dust removal are effective. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with heavy occupational hazards, and the occupational hazards prevention measures and management measures adopted by the project are feasible and effective.
