随着城市化进程的推进、法律法规的日益严格以及居民环保意识的增强,城市变电站的噪声问题已经成为亟待解决的重点问题之一。为了有效指导城市变电站噪声的治理,以城市变电站噪声特性为研究对象,通过分析城市变电站(110 k V变电站、220 k V变电站和500 k V变电站)的噪声特点和现有降噪措施(吸声措施、隔声措施和消声措施)的降噪效果发现,现有降噪措施并不能满足城市变电站低频降噪的需要,尤其是1 000 Hz以下的中低频噪声更是继续解决。通过研究分析,提出开发专用降噪措施的基本要求。
With the progress of urbanization, the increasingly strict laws and regulations and the enhancement of residents’ awareness of environmental protection, the noise problem of urban substations has become one of the key issues to be solved urgently. In order to effectively guide the treatment of noise in urban substations, the noise characteristics of urban substations are studied. By analyzing the noise characteristics of urban substations (110 kV substations, 220 kV substations and 500 kV substations) and the existing noise reduction measures Noise reduction measures, noise reduction measures, sound insulation measures and noise reduction measures) found that the existing noise reduction measures can not meet the needs of low frequency noise reduction in urban substations.
