住房公积金制度已经在我国全面推行 ,但是在其归集和使用过程中却遇到了一些问题 ,如归集额和归集率过低 ,使用效率不高等。结合我国实际情况 ,提出建立“大公积金”的设想 ,以解决上述问题 ,发挥公积金的作用 ,推动我国房地产市场的发展。
Housing provident fund system has been fully implemented in our country, but in its collection and use of some problems encountered, such as the concentration and the collection rate is too low, the use of efficiency is not high. In light of the actual situation in our country, we put forward the idea of establishing a “large allowance fund” to solve the above problems, give play to the role of provident fund and promote the development of the real estate market in our country.
