“另类”在投资市场上绝对是褒义词。在最近两年股票市场、房地产市场等传统投资市场业绩平平、收益堪忧的情况下,另类投资成为眼下众多投资者的新宠。其囊括领域众多,艺术品、钟表、茶叶、红酒、家具、贵金属……林林总总,令投资者目不暇接。在银行、拍卖所等机构的宣传和营销下,另类投资逐渐为众多投资者所了解并熟知。但以这些实物为载体的投资基金的兴起,却往往被广大投资者忽略。
“Alternative ” in the investment market is definitely a commendatory term. In the past two years, the stock market, the real estate market and other traditional investment markets, mediocre performance, worrying circumstances, alternative investments become the new darling of many investors now. It covers a wide range of fields, works of art, watches, tea, wine, furniture, precious metals ... ... so that investors dizzying. In the publicity and marketing of institutions such as banks and auction houses, alternative investments are gradually becoming known and well-known to many investors. However, the rise of investment funds based on these physical resources is often overlooked by investors.
