现今的基层医院煎药人员,不都是训练有素的内行,煎药室也未备有测温计;药房人员将药物直接发给病人时也未作煎煮方面的明确交待,故在医疗实践中“以生充熟,以假象乱真象”的情况不乏
In today’s basic hospitals, decocting personnel are not all well-trained practitioners. Thermometers are not yet available in the decoction chambers; pharmacy personnel do not explicitly decimate the drugs when they are sent directly to patients. In practice, there are plenty of situations in which students are well-educated and unrealistic.
