当前,国际间综合国力的竞争日益激烈,人才资源一直受到各国高度重视,在我国内部各个省份、地区亦高度关注人才的发展,文章主要目的是探究浙江台州市的科技型创新人才发展服务体系。通过科技型创新人才的概念分析,对台州市科技型创新人才队伍现状以及其培育、吸引科技型人才存在的问题等作出简要探讨,并通过国内外城市吸引科技型创新人才的经验借鉴,浅要研究台州市科技型创新人才队伍建设的服务体系。
At present, the competition in the international comprehensive national strength is becoming more and more fierce. The human resources have always been highly valued by all the countries. In all the provinces and regions within our country, great attention has been paid to the development of human resources. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the service system for the development of science and technology innovative talents in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Through the concept analysis of science and technology innovation talents, this paper briefly discusses the status quo of Taizhou science and technology innovation talents, the problems of cultivating talents and attracting talents of science and technology, and draws lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign cities in attracting science and technology innovation talents.
