前不久,中央作出了处理和解决“法轮功”问题的决策。在强大的政治攻势和舆论攻势面前,“法轮功”组织顷刻瓦解;以李洪志为首的邪恶势力一朝覆亡。这场政治斗争正在向纵深发展。也许有天真的人们会说:杀鸡焉用牛刀?对于“法轮功”这样的组织,有关部门依法取缔也就罢了,何用如此大张旗鼓地口诛笔伐?此言差矣。“法轮功”的问题很不简单。它在组织上被取缔了,但在思想上造成的混乱远未澄清;它破坏社会稳定的违法行径容易清算,而彻底肃清它在信仰上征服人心的影响尚需时日。我们党已经领导了近80年的革命和建设,掌握着国家政权,有250万人民军队,有6000多万党员,有一大批高中级领导干部,
Not long ago, the Central Government made the decision on handling and resolving the “Falungong issue.” In the face of powerful political offensive and public opinion offensive, the “Falungong” organization instantly dissolved; the evil forces led by Li Hongzhi fell to their knees. This political struggle is going well in depth. Perhaps innocent people will say: How to use chops to kill chickens? For such organizations as “Falungong,” relevant departments banned them according to law. Why is it so loudly criticized? The issue of “Falungong” is very simple. It was systematically banned, but the ideological confusion was far from being clarified; its illegal act of undermining social stability was easy to liquidate, and it would take time to completely eliminate its influence in conquest of the faith. Our party has led nearly 80 years of revolution and construction, has the state power, has 2.5 million people’s armed forces, has more than 60 million members, and has a large number of senior and mid-level leading cadres.
