痰热清注射液抑制登革2型病毒诱导的小胶质细胞炎症反应

【摘要】

：

目的研究痰热清注射液对登革2型病毒(DENV-2)感染的小鼠小胶质细胞(BV2)炎症细胞因子的影响。方法BV2细胞铺板后分组感染并给药,分为5组,空白组,DENV-2感染组,痰热清注射液低、中和高剂量组。培养24 h后收取上清液和细胞,实时RT-PCR分别检测BV2的IL-6、TNF-αmRNA表达水平;双抗夹心ELISA法检测培养上清中上述细胞因子表达。以颅内注射的方法于ICR乳小鼠上造模,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色评价脑和各脏器的病理变化。结果体外实验显示,与病毒联合给药时痰热清具有抗DENV-2作用,
