企业文化是企业赖以生存和发展的智力资源和精神动力,而廉政文化正是企业的思想利刃,它是企业在发展壮大、文化建设上重要的组成结构。对国有企业而言,廉政文化的建设不但能促进其廉政党风的建设步伐,对反腐倡廉意义也尤为重大。本文针对廉政文化所发挥的作用着手,通过分析、探讨廉政文化和廉政制度之间的辩证关系,并结合实际探索国有建筑企业廉政文化建设的有效实现途径、创新工作思路,推动企业反腐倡廉理论的创新。
