目的 探讨尖锐湿疣的中西医结合治疗方法。方法 将 90例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为二组。即干扰素和疣敌加中药组 (观察组 )与单纯干扰素和疣敌组 (对照组 )进行疗程结束时疗效观察以及治疗后 1个月、3个月随访进行复发情况观察。结果 在疗程结束时两组疗效无明显差别 (x2 =2 .4 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ,在治疗后 1个月 ,3个月进行复发情况观察两组有显著差异 (x2 =4 8.199,P<0 .0 5 ) 。结论 中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣对于降低治疗后复发有良好的作用。
Objective To investigate the treatment of condyloma acuminatum with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 90 cases of genital warts were randomly divided into two groups. Namely interferon and warts enemy plus traditional Chinese medicine group (observation group) and interferon alone and warts enemy group (control group) at the end of treatment efficacy and 1 month after treatment, 3 months follow-up observation of recurrence. Results At the end of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (x2 = 2.4, P> 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups after one month and three months after treatment (x2 = 4 8.199 , P <0. 05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of condyloma acuminatum for reducing the recurrence after treatment has a good effect.
