本文报导了两例原发性巨球蛋白血症,其中1例伴有冷球蛋白血症。详述了血清M蛋白的免疫学与免疫化学检查。并对该病的诊断、临床症状、发病原理,特别是高粘稠综合征及出血原因进行了讨论。
This article reports two cases of primary macroglobulinemia, one of which is associated with cryoglobulinemia. Details of the serum M protein immunology and immunochemical tests. And the diagnosis of the disease, clinical symptoms, pathogenesis, especially the high viscosity syndrome and the causes of bleeding were discussed.
