一、现代企业制度与管理创新的关系 现代企业制度并不仅仅是个产权关系的界定问题,从本质上讲,现代企业制度是一个适应现代经济、社会文化、现代科技的发展,有效地整合企业资源以实现企业目标与责任的完整的制度体系。企业产权关系问题不过是企业有效地整合企业资源的一个重要的必备条件,因此企业产权关系不明确、产权制度不规范固然不能有效地整合企业资源,但即便产权关系明确、产权制度合理也未必能有效地整合企业资源以实现企业目标与责任。因为如何在制度规范下有效整合企业资源以实现企业目标与责任,是一个动态的创造性的过程,这一过程被称之为管理。
