研究以计算机模拟分析技术的实际工程应用为目的 ,在普通 WINDOW窗口下实现各类平面构件RTM工艺过程的控制体积单元 /有限元算法 ( CV/FEM) ,进行工艺过程的压力场及树脂流场模拟分析。模拟分析主要工艺参数——树脂粘度、注射压力及预成型体渗透特性对 RTM工艺过程的影响规律。研究得出注射压力及渗透率与工艺充模时间的定量反比关系 ,以及树脂粘度与充模时间的的定量线性关系。研究还揭示了注口设计对充模时间的影响规律。实验验证表明工艺模拟分析结果与实验结果有较好的一致性。 RTM工艺过程的计算机模拟分析技术将为优化工艺设计、减低工艺实验成本及保证产品质量提供有效的技术手段
In this paper, the control volume element / finite element method (CV / FEM) of various planar RTM components in a normal WINDOW window is studied for the purpose of practical application of computer simulation and analysis technology. The pressure field and resin flow field Simulation analysis. Simulation analysis of the main process parameters - resin viscosity, injection pressure and preform permeability characteristics of RTM process. The quantitative inverse relationship between injection pressure and permeability and process filling time was obtained and the quantitative linear relationship between resin viscosity and filling time was obtained. The study also reveals the influence of nozzle design on the filling time. Experimental verification shows that the simulation results of the process are in good agreement with the experimental results. The technology of computer simulation of RTM process technology will provide effective technical means for optimizing process design, reducing process experiment cost and guaranteeing product quality
