目的研究一种蒸汽杀菌清洁机的杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法通过载体定量杀菌实验,对一种蒸汽清洁机杀菌效果及其相关因素进行实验室研究,测试不同作用时间、不同载体、不同蒸汽温度的杀菌效果。结果开启该蒸汽杀菌清洁机,在温度为85℃~105℃范围内作用60 s,对载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、化脓性链球菌等平均杀灭率均达到99.99%。在蒸汽杀菌清洁机的蒸汽喷嘴、清洁垫、地毯托等3个作用部位中,以蒸汽喷嘴处杀菌效果最好。该蒸汽杀菌清洁机随作用温度的升高,或随作用时间延长杀菌效果得到提高。结论该蒸汽杀菌清洁机的杀菌效果良好,作用温度和时间对其效果有一定影响。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of a steam sterilization cleaner to provide the basis for practical application. Methods The bactericidal effect of a steam cleaner and its related factors were studied in laboratory by the quantitative bactericidal test of carrier, and the bactericidal effect of different carrier and steam temperature was tested. Results The steam sterilizing and cleaning machine was turned on and the temperature was 85 ℃ ~ 105 ℃ in the range of 60 s, on the carrier Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium, Streptococcus pyogenes and other average Kill rate reached 99.99%. In the steam sterilization cleaner steam nozzle, cleaning pad, carpet care, etc. 3 role in the site, the best steam sterilization at the nozzle. The steam sterilization cleaner with the role of temperature increases, or with prolonged sterilization effect is improved. Conclusion The bactericidal effect of this steam sterilizing and cleaning machine is good, and the effect temperature and time have a certain impact on its effect.
