针对采煤机截割部的行星齿轮减速器利用UG软件和ADAMS软件构建其简化模型并将模型导入ADAMS软件进行模拟仿真,在对虚拟样机模型进行动力学分析的基础上,得出行星齿轮的轮齿啮合接触力和行星齿轮负载之间存在线性变化关系,截割部行星减速器的齿轮载荷分析能够为采煤机截割部奠定理论基础。
