目前木屑等代料人工栽培香菇的面积越来越大,单就上海来讲,已由1979年的约18万平方市尺发展到1983年的近150万平方市尺,栽培面积增加了近10倍,但品种单一,平均单产始终徘徊在1.5斤左右的水平上。为此,我们从品种着手,经三年的时间选育出香菇8001新菌株,供推广应用。一、基本特性 8001香菇新菌株菇形圆整,大的菌盖直径为13～17厘米,单菇重半斤以上,一般的菌盖直径为7～8厘米。肉质厚,菇形圆整,菌盖淡褐色有鳞片,菌褶排列整齐,菌丝强壮,无老菌膜,出菇早,压块后10～15天出菇,产量高,每平方尺3斤左右,抗霉能力较强,管理方便。1983年在嘉定、南汇两县的试种面积为3000平方市尺,每平方尺产值2.50元以上,高的达3.50元。1984年继续试种10000平
