语文是一门语言艺术,传承着文字的精神文化。怎么样才能让学生在小学阶段培养出积极的语文学习热情,为以后的学习打好文字基础,是每个教育工作者最关注和需要不断思考的课题。在现行倡导“以学生发展为本”的教育理念下,小学语文教学究竟应以什么样的姿态才能实现资源的最优化配置?本文认为将小组建设和少教多学模式进行资源整合,能有效提高学生的学习热情,促进学生主动的学习思维,充分体现学生的主体性地位。
Language is a language art that carries the spiritual culture of words. How can we help our students to cultivate a positive enthusiasm for language learning in primary school so as to lay a solid foundation for their future study? It is a topic that every educator is most concerned about and needs to constantly think about. Under the current advocacy of education philosophy of “student-based development”, what kind of attitude should the primary language teaching be in order to achieve the optimal allocation of resources? This paper argues that the resource integration of group-building and less-teaching- Can effectively improve students’ enthusiasm for learning, promote students’ active learning thinking, and fully reflect the students’ subjective status.
