研究了以明胶-阿拉伯树胶和聚胺酯为囊壁材料,六种不同囊壁厚度的触破式微胶囊剂,对虫非蠊、松墨天牛、云斑天牛成虫的触破药效及持效期。结果表明:(1)明-氰-倍1号和聚-氰-倍1号,在野外自然环境喷施22d后,对虫非蠊的毒杀校正率仍达80%。其药效和持效期远远高于相同浓度和剂量的乳油。(2)聚-氰-倍3号,喷施马尾松树上26d后,对松墨天牛成虫毒杀校正死亡率达77.8%。(3)聚-氰-倍3号、4号、明-氰-倍2号,在喷施杨树干上22d后,对云斑天牛成虫毒杀校正死亡率达80%;而其乳油在喷施第8天后,毒杀死亡率已下降到10%。这说明触破式微胶囊剂具有抗环境能力强、持效期长,防治天牛成虫效果好等优点。
