目的 :观察高聚生联合化疗药物胸腔内灌注对恶性胸水的疗效。方法 :采用胸腔穿刺、置入长套管针灌注高聚生及顺铂与单用顺铂疗效对照。结果 :高聚生 +顺铂组 40例 ,有效率 82 5 % ;化疗组顺铂 36例 ,有效率47 2 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :经长套管针置入灌注生物制剂 +化疗药物 ,疗效明显优于胸腔内单纯灌注化疗药物 ,因此生物制剂高聚生经长套管针置入胸腔内灌注不失为治疗恶性胸水的有效方法之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of intra-thoracic perfusion of hyper-polyneuropathy and chemotherapy on malignant hydrothorax. Methods: Thoracentesis was used to treat the hypercoagulable and cisplatin infused with long trocar. Results: Hypercoagulability + cisplatin group 40 cases, the effective rate of 82 5%; chemotherapy group, cisplatin 36 cases, the effective rate was 47.2% (P <0 05). Conclusion: The perfusion of biological agent + chemotherapeutic drugs through the long trocar is better than that of thoracic chemotherapy alone. Therefore, biologic agent hypercoagulability via long trocars inserted into the thoracic cavity is an effective method for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion .
