宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感梁,现已确证其有致癌和促癌作用,故常合并CIN,癌变后感染常自然消退.在国外HPV的染感发病年龄50—80%小于25岁,本文发病年龄肿瘤组平均为51岁,对照组40岁,均显著高于国外,本病的组织学诊断有四个特点:宫颈上皮内有挖空细胞病变,可见双核或多核细胞,上皮角化不良及角化不全.本文肿瘤组并感染的有328例(79.61%),对照组并感染的有322例(78.16%).发病率均很高.
