目的探讨前列腺癌患者血清骨钙素(bone glaprotein,BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,B-AKP)、抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase,TRAP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽(C-terminal pro-peptide of collagen typeⅠ,PⅠCP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平变化及意义。方法 157例前列腺癌患者行SPECT全身核素骨显像检查,并依据转移情况分为0级47例,1级35例,2级39例,3级36例,采用ELISA法检测4组BGP、B-AKP、TRAP、PⅠCP水平,采用电化学发光法测定4组IL-6水平,并进行比较。结果 4组B-AKP、TRAP、PⅠCP水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);0级、1级、2级、3级组BGP分别为(5.33±1.66)、(8.12±3.38)、(10.71±6.76)、(15.93±8.42)μg/L,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3级组IL-6[(14.50±6.26)ng/L]明显高于0级、1级、2级组[(7.50±3.46)、(8.31±3.25)、(9.02±4.91)ng/L](P<0.05),但0级、1级、2级组间IL-6水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 BGP和IL-6可反映前列腺癌患者骨转移情况,在前列腺癌骨转移的早期诊断中有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of bone glaprotein (BGP), bone alkaline phosphatase (B-AKP), tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) Changes of C-terminal pro-peptide of collagen typeⅠ (PⅠCP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels and their significance. Methods 157 cases of prostate cancer patients underwent SPECT whole body radionuclide bone imaging examination and divided into grade 0 47 cases, grade 1 35 cases, grade 2 39 cases, grade 3 36 cases. The BGP, B-AKP, TRAP and PⅠCP levels. The levels of IL-6 in 4 groups were determined by electrochemiluminescence and compared with each other. Results There was no significant difference in B-AKP, TRAP and PⅠCP between the 4 groups (P> 0.05). The BGP in groups 0, 1, 2 and 3 were 5.33 ± 1.66 and 8.12 ± 3.38, , (10.71 ± 6.76) and (15.93 ± 8.42) μg / L, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) (P <0.05). However, the levels of IL-6 in grade 0, grade 1 and grade 2 were significantly higher than those in grade 0, grade 1 and grade 2 [7.50 ± 3.46 vs 8.31 ± 3.25 vs 9.02 ± 4.91 ng / L, 6 levels were no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion BGP and IL-6 can reflect the bone metastasis in patients with prostate cancer and have important value in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer with bone metastasis.
