党的十八大作出了建设文化强国的重大战略,对国有企业做好新形势下思想政治工作提出了新任务新要求。国有企业党组织如何针对新情况、新实际,创造性地开展工作,充分发挥党组织在企业生产经营工作中的政治核心作用、战斗堡垒作用,是当前摆在我们企业党组织面前的一个重要课题。那么,围绕这一时代主题,我们应如何搞好企业党建思想政治工作,笔者认为:1.要进一步加强领导班子建设必须有效发挥党委的政治核心作用。企业党委作为党在基层的一级组织,在企业处于政治核心地位,必须参与企业重大问题的讨论决
The 18th CPC National Congress has made a major strategy of building a powerful country in culture and put forth new tasks and new requirements for doing a good job in ideological and political work under the new situation in state-owned enterprises. How to carry out the work in a new, actual and creative manner by the party organizations in state-owned enterprises and give full play to their political central role in the production and management of enterprises and the role of a stronghold for fighting are an important issue currently facing the party organizations of our enterprises. So, around this theme of the times, how should we do a good job ideological and political work of the party building in enterprises, the author believes: 1. To further strengthen the leadership team construction must effectively play the political party’s core role. As a first-level organization of the party in the grassroots level, an enterprise party committee is at the core of its politics and must participate in discussions on major issues of the enterprise
