目的 :从药效学方面探索清幽丸的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 :以不同剂量的清幽丸灌胃给药后观察其对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生炎症、二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和腹腔注射冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数及潜伏期的影响 ,并设生理盐水组进行对照。结果 :清幽丸高、低剂量组对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生炎症有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1) ;高剂量组对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀亦有明显抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;低剂量组能明显减少腹腔注射冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数 ,延长小鼠扭体反应潜伏期。结论 :清幽丸不仅对慢性增生性和急性渗出性炎症有抑制作用 ,且具有明显的镇痛作用。
Objective : To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qingyou Pills from the aspect of pharmacodynamics. METHODS: After being intragastrically administered with different doses of Qingyou Pills, the number and latency of writhing in mice induced by granulomatous granulomatous inflammation in rat, ear swelling in mice induced by xylene, and intraperitoneal injection of glacial acetic acid were observed. The effect was set as a saline group for comparison. RESULTS: The high and low dosage of Qingyou Pills significantly inhibited the proliferation and inflammation of cotton granuloma (P < 0.05, <0.01). The mice in the high-dose xylene-induced mouse ear were significantly inhibited. The swelling was also significantly inhibited (P < 0.05); the low-dose group significantly reduced the number of writhing responses induced by intraperitoneal injection of glacial acetic acid and prolonged the writhing response latency of the mice. Conclusion : Qingyun Pill not only has inhibitory effect on chronic proliferative and acute exudative inflammation, but also has obvious analgesic effect.
