五十年代以来在国外迅速发展起来的钢水炉外真空处理技术,不仅能大大减少钢中气体和夹杂的含量,而且可大大提高劳动生产率和毛坯合格率,故在钢铁工业中得到日益广泛的应用,成为炼钢工艺发展的基本方向之一。 为了使我国兵器材料的冶金质量迅速赶超世界先进水平,必须大力加强钢水炉外真空处理、电渣重熔等先进工艺在兵器工业中的应用研究。本文仅就钢水炉外真空脱气理论,炉外真空处理方法分类、效果及若干有关问题作一概述。
