近年来,很多国际投资者们享受到了国际投资给他们带来的利益,但是他们也充分的发现国际投资中存在的风险。我国目前在海外的投资每年都在大幅度的增长,所以我国与其他国家也签订了大量的双边投资协定,目前我国签订的双边投资协定已经超过了130个,而且还在持续的增长中。尽管我国签订的双边投资协定已经超过了130个,但是直到2007年,国际投资争端解决中心才受理了第一起涉及中外双边的投资争端.
In recent years, many international investors have enjoyed the benefits brought about by international investment, but they have also fully realized the risks in international investment. At present, China’s overseas investment has increased by a large margin every year. Therefore, China has signed a large number of bilateral investment agreements with other countries.
