测定了七个品种(系)大豆样品初花期根系、下位叶和上位叶中Mn、Fe、Zn的含量。结果表明:七个品种Mn的分配均值是根系<上位叶<下位叶。而Fe、Zn分配是根系>下位叶>上位叶,但不同品种(系)间有差异。对4个不同品种的大豆用不同浓度Mn~(2+)营养液进行水培试验,其分配含量是根系>下位叶>上位叶,且植株各部位含Mn量随介质Mn~(2+)浓度的提高而增加;Fe、Zn含量则因品种而异。
The contents of Mn, Fe and Zn in root, lower lobe and upper lobe of seven varieties (lines) of soybean at the first flowering stage were measured. The results showed that the mean distribution of Mn in seven cultivars was root lower leaves> upper leaves, but there were differences among different varieties (lines). Four different varieties of soybean with different concentration of Mn 2+ nutrient solution were hydroponically cultured, the content of which was root> lower leaf> upper leaf, and the content of Mn in different parts of the plant was changed with Mn 2+, Concentration increased; Fe, Zn content varies with the variety.
