关节轴承是一种球面滑动轴承,主要是由一个外球面内圈和一个内球面的外圈组成。自润滑关节轴承具有在工作中无须漆加润滑剂及无润滑污物的特点,特别适宜安装在位置受限制、工作中无法添加润滑剂或防止润滑污物污染的环境。本文针对其结构特点和制造工艺进行了分析研究。
Spherical plain bearings are spherical plain bearings that consist mainly of a spherical outer ring and an inner spherical outer ring. Self-lubricating spherical plain bearings with no paint at work lubricants and non-lubricating dirt characteristics, especially suitable for installation in the restricted position, the work can not add lubricant or to prevent the lubrication of contaminated environment. In this paper, its structural characteristics and manufacturing processes were analyzed.
