中药汤剂是最古老的常用剂型之一,它是将各种中药按照“君、臣、佐、使”的原则配伍后,加适量饮用水浸泡一定时间,煎煮到规定的时间后去渣取汁而成的制剂。中药汤剂具有配伍灵活多变,制备简易,吸收迅速等特点,虽然中药汤剂的安全性经过了数千年的临床实践,但是由于汤剂的配伍与制备受到很多因素的影日向,并非没有任何不良反应,现就中药汤剂的不良反应成因进行探讨。
