目的 探讨腭板骨缺损修复对腭咽闭合的影响。方法 将腭板骨缺损的先天性Ⅱ度腭裂患者 40例 ,随机分为对照组和植骨组 ,植骨组腭板骨缺损利用HA Bonecement复合人工骨修复 ,术后 3个月复诊 ,植骨组行腭部CT扫描及鼻咽纤维镜腭咽闭合功能定量对比检查。结果 植入的复合人工骨未见排异反应 ;腭部CT扫描显示植入人工骨未见移位、塌陷、断裂 ;植骨组软腭活动度和腭咽闭合的比例明显高于对照组。结论 腭板骨缺损修复近期效果显示能够改进腭咽闭合
Objective To investigate the effect of palatal bone defect repair on velopharyngeal closure. Methods 40 patients with palatal bone defect with congenital degree Ⅱ cleft palate were randomly divided into control group and bone graft group. The defect of palatal bone in bone graft group was repaired by HA Bonecement composite artificial bone. At 3 months after operation, Group palatal CT scan and nasopharyngeal fiber palate pharyngeal closed function quantitative comparative examination. Results There was no rejection in the composite artificial bone implanted. The palatal CT scan showed no displacement, collapse and fracture of the artificial bone implanted. The ratio of soft palate movement and velopharyngeal closure in the grafting group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The recent results of palatal bone defect repair can improve velopharyngeal closure
