近年来4S店不断卷入消费投诉、消费欺诈等负面新闻,甚至在不少车主的口里,成为了“黑店”、“宰客店”的代名词。4S店真正的服务水平究竟如何?能否跟上店面扩张和行业发展的速度?在一个缺乏行业标准和服务标准的市场中,这些4S店能否令车主们真正满意?2014年11月,由江门市消费者委员会主办、《消费者报道》杂志社承办的“2014年江门市汽车4S店服务测评活动”(以下简称“测评活动”)拉开帷幕。
