随着现代技术的迅猛发展,虽然空中和地面系统之间的数据交流的自动化程度也有所提高,但是语音通信在这个过程当中还是发挥着重要作用。倘若紧急情况,在特定条件下使用语音通信,及时传递信息从而进行全面布控,从某种意义上来说能够将影响最小化处理。当前,海洋和偏远大陆地区主要侧重于使用高频语音通信,相应的这也就为飞行员提出了更高层次要求,无线电操作员在飞行员和管制员之间进行中继,将原有存在的缺点排除的话,能够增加应用通信的环节,要根本性打破现行空中交通服务和航空运行管制语音通信的束缚,尤其是在面对偏远海洋区域管制时,应该依据实际情况制定出行之有效的计划,提升其可用性和可靠性,为使用卫星通信系统提供优质语音服务奠定坚实基础,本文以分析卫星通信系统相关知识为切入点,致力于研究卫星语音通信在空中交通管制中的应用,以此为广大研究者提供强大理论支撑。
