以罗丹明6G作为实验材料,将非负矩阵因子分解(NMF)作为特征提取的方法用于具有时间分辨特性的光波导分光光谱的分析;与传统的主成分分析(PCA)作对比分析,指出选用NMF作为特征提取方法的优点.结果表明与光波导分光光谱的分析中传统的波长吸光度曲线或时间-吸光度曲线的分析方法相比较,将波长/时间-吸光度曲线融入色温图展示,无须降采样显示,数据的完整性更强;采用PCA或NMF进行特征提取的方法能够得到动态、直观的结果,且该结果与传统方法分析得到的结果具有一致性;与PCA相比,NMF的因子载荷和因子得分不与真实物理信息矛盾,因此更适合用于光波导分光光谱的分析.
Using rhodamine 6G as the experimental material, non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) was used as feature extraction method for the analysis of optical waveguide with time-resolved characteristics. Compared with the traditional principal component analysis (PCA) NMF was chosen as the feature extraction method.The results show that the wavelength / time-absorbance curve can be integrated into the color temperature graph without the need of down-sampling, compared with the traditional wavelength absorbance curve or time-absorbance curve analysis The result shows that the data integrity is stronger. The method of feature extraction using PCA or NMF can get dynamic and intuitive results, and the results are consistent with those obtained by traditional methods. Compared with PCA, Factor score does not conflict with the real physical information, so it is more suitable for the analysis of optical waveguide spectroscopy.
