本文从萃取平衡和萃取动力学的角度研究了用反-2-羟基-5-5壬基苯乙酮肟(SME529的活性组分)-MSB210溶剂从氯化铵-盐酸混合物的水溶液中溶剂萃取钯(Ⅱ)。根据萃取平衡的研究结果发现钯(Ⅱ)按下列反应被萃取:PdCl_(4~2-)(水)+2HR(有)PdR_2(有)+2H~+(水)+4Cl-(水)文中测出了上述萃取反应的平衡常数。根据萃取动力学的研究结果发现该萃取反应的正向反应级数对钯(Ⅱ)、肟氢离子和氯离子分别为1级、1级、-1级和-2级。文中提出用界面反应方案来解释上述反应级数。
In this paper, the solvent extraction from aqueous solution of ammonium chloride-hydrochloric acid mixture with anti-2-hydroxy-5-5 nonyl acetophenone oxime (active component of SME529) -MSB210 solvent was studied from the perspective of extraction balance and extraction kinetics Palladium (II). According to the results of the extraction equilibrium study, it was found that palladium (Ⅱ) was extracted by the following reaction: PdCl_ (4 ~ 2 -) (H2O) + 2HR with PdR_2 (with) + 2H ~ + (water) + 4Cl- The equilibrium constant of the above extraction reaction was measured. According to the results of extraction kinetics, it was found that the forward reaction order of this extraction reaction is 1, 1, -1 and -2 for palladium (Ⅱ), oxime hydrogen and chloride respectively. The paper proposes to use the interface reaction scheme to explain the above reaction series.
