《高等学校化学学报》编辑部十多年来一直十分重视青年编辑队伍的建设、稳定与发展,编辑部中、英文两刊现共有编辑11人,其中青年编辑6人,占编辑总数的55%,这6人是自1984年以来陆续分配来的大学本科毕业生,他们安心地工作在编辑岗位上,最长的已达12年,把美好的青春年华奉献给了科技出版事业。这些青年编辑的同学中有的出国深造,有的下海,有的从政,他们却不为所动,一直兢
