2005年即将过去,作为“十五”的收官之年,这一年又被人们称为“改革年”。这一年,在国际,中国已逐步树立起负责任的大国形象;在国内,科学发展观的深入人心,标志着中国正在走入一个前所未有的理性发展阶段。人们更加关注和谐、民生、公平。在形形色色的重大事件中,中国的各位部长高官们都在各自的领域内“代言”了中国社会某一方面改革的进程。在此,我们选出了2005年最“忙”的10位部长。说他们“忙”,并不意味着别的部门不“忙”,而折射出他们所分管的领域,正是在中国改革进程中受到了更多的关注。
As 2005 is coming, as the “tenth five-year” ending year, this year has been called “the year of reform.” This year, at the international level, China has gradually set itself responsible for the image of a big country. At home, the deep-rooted view of the scientific concept of development shows that China is entering an unprecedented stage of rational development. People pay more attention to harmony, people’s livelihood and fairness. In all kinds of major incidents, the ministerial ministers in China “endorse” the process of reform in one area of Chinese society in their respective fields. Here, we have chosen the 10 most “busy” ministers in 2005. To say that they are “busy” does not mean that other departments are not “busy,” but it reflects the areas they are in charge of precisely because they have received more attention in the process of China’s reform.
