为打造一支高素质的基层文化干部队伍,推进公共文化服务体系建设,为实现首都文化大发展大繁荣提供人才保障和智力支持,在北京市文化局的大力支持下,千名基层文化骨干(合唱与指挥)第一期培训班,于2014年7月22日在北京戏曲艺术职业学院排演场4层举行了开班仪式。北京市文化局公共文化处处长黄海燕、北京戏曲艺术职业学院院长刘侗、北京戏曲艺术职业学院副院长黄珊珊,以及来自北京16个区县的171名基层文化骨干参加了此次开班仪式。
