目的:通过研究黑苞橐吾挥发油的化学成分,为黑苞橐吾的开发利用提供理论依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黑苞橐吾挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测其相对含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果:共鉴定出65个化合物,鉴定出的化合物含量占总挥发油的76.75%。结论:黑苞橐吾挥发油主要成分为:[E,E,E]-3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,3,6,10,14-十六碳五烯(相对含量为5.19%);2-[1-环戊-1-烯炔-1-甲基乙基]环戊酮(4.38%);[1S-[1α,3aβ,4α,8aβ]]-4,8,8-三甲基-9-亚甲基-十氢-1,4-甲醇薁(4.10%);D-柠檬烯(4.02%);[2R-[2α,4aα,8aβ]]-十氢-α,α,4a-三甲基-8-亚甲基-2-甲醇基萘(3.93%);正-三十四烷(3.49%);3-[1,1-二甲基丙-2-烯-7-羟基香豆素(3.03%);石竹烯氧化物(2.72%);5β,7β-H,10α-11-桉叶烯-1α-醇(2.66%);4[10]-崖柏烯(2.56%)。
OBJECTIVE: To provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Ligularia ulmoides through the study of the chemical constituents of Ligularia elata oil. Methods: The volatile oil of Ligularia virgaurea was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC capillary column. The relative content was determined by the normalized method. The chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: A total of 65 compounds were identified, and the identified compounds accounted for 76.75% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: The main components of Ligularia virginiana volatile oil are: [E,E,E]-3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-1,3,6,10,14-hexadecapentaene (relative content 5.19%); 2-[1-cyclopent-1-enyne-1-methylethyl]cyclopentanone (4.38%); [1S-[1α,3aβ,4α,8aβ]]-4,8, 8-trimethyl-9-methylene-decahydro-1,4-methanol oxime (4.10%); D-limonene (4.02%); [2R-[2α,4aα,8aβ]]-decahydro-α ,α,4a-Trimethyl-8-methylene-2-methanol naphthalene (3.93%); n-tetradecane (3.49%); 3-[1,1-dimethylpropan-2-one Ene-7-hydroxycoumarin (3.03%); caryophyllene oxide (2.72%); 5β, 7β-H, 10α-11-limonene-1α-alcohol (2.66%); 4[10]-cliff Phenene (2.56%).
