该文对61例消化性溃疡患者空腹血浆神经降压素(Neurotensin,NT)水平作了测定,并就其在溃疡出血、幽门螺杆菌感染、奥美拉唑治疗后等多种状态下的进一步改变作了观察.结果表明溃疡患者NT水平显著低于正常(P0.05).“,”The plasma levels of NT were investigated in 61 cases of gastric ulcer (GU) and duodenal ulcer (DU) patients. The NT concentration decreased significantly as compared with controls (P 0.05 ). Serum NT of peptic ulcer patients with bleeding were higher than that of peptic ulcer patients without bleeding ( P 0.05).
