对于调动政工人员的积极性,评定职称必然能够达到这一目的。但是评定的过程必须严格按照相应的工作流程走,并且需要坚持公平公正的原则,遵守国家的法律法规。否则会事与愿违,不仅不能够调动政工人员的工作积极性,还会影响对工作的效率。本文就评定政工职称与调动政工人员的工作积极性间的关系进行了探究,并研究了评定政工职称需要哪些条件和要求,仅供借鉴交流。
To mobilize the enthusiasm of political workers, assessment titles will be able to achieve this goal. However, the assessment process must be strictly followed the corresponding workflow, and need to adhere to the principle of fairness and justice, abide by the country’s laws and regulations. Otherwise, things will not be the same. Not only will they not be able to mobilize the enthusiasm of political workers, but they will also affect the efficiency of their work. This paper explores the relationship between the evaluation of the title of political work and the enthusiasm for the transfer of political workers, and studies the conditions and requirements for assessing the title of political work for reference only.
