以微机化导纳微分图研究33例无临床心血管并发症表现的糖尿病患者心血管功能变化,并与健康同龄组对照及与阻抗法比较。结果表明糖尿病无临床心血管并发症表现时存在心脏功能减损。心室舒张功能指标A/C、O/C、X-O均有异常,PCWP及PCWP/SV增加、SV/PCWP降低。心肌收缩力指标PEP/LVET显著增大,dz/dt/C降低、Q-Z延长。心泵功能指标SV、CO、CI、EF明显降低。总外周阻力明显升高,导纳法与阻抗法主要测值比较有良好相关性。
Cardiovascular function of 33 diabetic patients without clinical cardiovascular complications was studied by computerized admittance differential graph and compared with healthy controls and with impedance method. The results suggest that there is impaired cardiac function in the absence of clinical cardiovascular complications in diabetes. Ventricular diastolic function indicators A / C, O / C, X-O are abnormal, PCWP and PCWP / SV increased, SV / PCWP decreased. Myocardial contractility index PEP / LVET significantly increased, dz / dt / C decreased, Q-Z extended. Heart pump function indicators SV, CO, CI, EF significantly reduced. The total peripheral resistance increased obviously. There was a good correlation between the admittance method and the main measurement of impedance method.
