机关干部下基层检查指导工作时 ,应注重亲自了解、平等相待、解决问题、体谅理解 ,从而才能起到积极作用 ,激发基层的主动性和创造性。
When cadres at the grassroots level inspect and guide the work, they should pay attention to understanding, treating each other as equals, solving problems and understanding understanding so as to play an active role in stimulating grassroots initiative and creativity.
